On the beautiful `Mountain of the Centaurs`, in Agios Georgios Nilias, is the historic trademark house of the village, which is mentioned in many publications about Pelion.

In 1974 it was bought and renovated by Dimosthenis Derelis, hence the name `Archontiko Dereli`.
It operated for about 20 years as a guest house and restaurant, gaining popularity throughout Greece and even among foreign tourists.
It is recognized by the Ministry of Modern Monuments as a protected building.

It is a three-storey mansion of 200 sqm (plus a plot of 236sqm) with 7 rooms, a beautiful living room on the third floor overlooking the mountain and the Pagasitikos bay.
It has been constructed in a traditional way using stone, with a special style that follows the architectural rules of the area.

Στο πανέμορφο βουνό των Κενταύρων, στον �`η �`ιώργη Νηλείας, βρίσκεται το ιστορικό σπίτι σήμα-κατατεθέν του χωριού, το οποίο αναφέρεται σε πολλά δημοσιεύματα σχετικά με το Πήλιο.

Λειτούργησε για περίπου 20 χρόνια ως ξενώνας και εστιατόριο, αποκτώντας δημοφιλία σε όλη την Ελλάδα και ακόμα και σε ξένους τουρίστες.
Είναι αναγνωρισμένο από το υπουργείο νεωτέρων μνημείων ως διατηρητέο.

Είναι ένα τριώροφο αρχοντικό 200 τμ συν οικόπεδο 236τμ με 7 δωμάτια, ένα πανέμορφο καθιστικό στον τρίτο όροφο που έχει θέα στο βουνό και στον Παγασητικό.
Έχει παραδοσιακή πέτρινη κατασκευή με μια ιδιαίτερη αρχιτεκτονική τεχνοτροπία.
